Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount back to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it’s due to an error on our part. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
